Flourish Cleans is hiring an experienced Cleaning Technician to work as part of a two-person team providing professional residential and hospitality cleaning services.

Pay: $25/hour
NOTE: Insurance Required
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain General Liability Insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 policy limit. A copy of the insurance policy or certificate of insurance will be requested when an offer of employment/engagement is made. Maintaining the required coverage is a condition of the position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional residential cleaning.
- Work alongside the Lead Cleaning Technician to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards.
- Follow cleaning checklists, instructions, and quality standards.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned areas.
- Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while working efficiently.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Immediately report property damage, customer concerns, or incidents to the Lead Cleaning Technician.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude with customers.
- Work cooperatively as part of a two-person team.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Residential and/or hospitality cleaning experience required.
- Must obtain and maintain $1,000,000 minimum General Liability Insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Able to follow directions and company procedures.
- Professional and respectful communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and working for extended periods.
Service Area
Jobs will be primarily located in:
- OTP-West — Douglas County
- OTP-North — Cobb County
- OTP-South — Clayton, Henry & Fayette Counties
Candidates who live in or near these service areas are strongly preferred.
