- Monitor plant operations, equipment, pressures, and operating conditions.

Work around high-pressure systems operating between approximately 1,000–5,000 PSI.

Monitor and work with Pelton turbines, large injection pumps, and flowback manifolds.

Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormal operating conditions.

Use computer-based systems to monitor and document plant operations.

Perform routine equipment and operational checks.

Assist with troubleshooting operational or equipment issues.

Maintain accurate operating records and communicate changes or concerns to supervision.

Follow all Crosby Energy Services and customer safety procedures.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Previous experience in plant operations, oil & gas production, flowback, SWD, process operations, or a similar industrial operating environment is preferred.

Experience working around high-pressure equipment, pumps, valves, manifolds, or related production/process equipment is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Computer skills are required.

Ability to monitor multiple pieces of equipment and recognize changing operating conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with operations personnel.

Must be able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.

Must have a clean MVR and background in accordance with CES policy.

Crosby Energy Services is hiring a Plant Operator for an energy facility in the Jourdanton, Texas area.
This position is a strong opportunity for an operator with experience working around high-pressure systems, pumps, manifolds, production equipment, or other industrial process equipment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, comfortable using computer-based monitoring systems, and able to work a rotating day/night schedule.
Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off – Rotating Days & Nights
