Hiring for experienced Residential Construction Manager that has owned everything from permit issuance to final CO.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience owning residential construction end to end
- Able to read and understand plans from architecture, structural, and civil
- Knowledge of framing from foundation to roof sheathing
- Knowledge of underground wet/dry utilities, grading, setting structures, and ROW work
- Put into place safety protocols and program
- Lead direct reports
- Own construction scheduling, timelines, and budgets
- Able to effectively converse with city inspectors and clients/buyers using soft skills
- Source, recruit, and negociate vendors
- Proficiency with software tools
- Good communicator and able to bridge gaps and move projects forward efficiently
This is a full-time salaried position in Kirkland, WA with full benefits and PTO.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
