Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sign Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print & sign production. This role involves operating various printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and collaborating with the design team to meet project specifications.
Duties
- Operate and maintain large format printers to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate prepress preparation and layout design.
- Implement color management techniques to achieve desired print results.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the training of new operators on equipment operation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with large format printing is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Previous experience in machining or related fields is a plus but not required.
- CNC and laser operator is a plus but not required.
