Experienced Concrete Finisher / Future Crew Lead
Coopstruction LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. Based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, we specialize in residential and commercial flatwork throughout the greater Madison area and surrounding communities, including driveways, sidewalks, patios, curb & gutter, garage slabs, and hard-trowel interior slabs.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up ready to work, and has experience with all aspects of concrete flatwork. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Lead Finisher/Crew Lead role.
Responsibilities
- Set grades and elevations
- Set and check forms
- Coordinate concrete placement
- Screed, bull float, edge, joint, and finish concrete
- Produce quality broom and hard-trowel finishes
- Maintain a safe and professional jobsite
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Assist with all aspects of concrete flatwork from layout through final finish
Qualifications
- Concrete finishing experience required
- Ability to perform all aspects of flatwork construction and finishing
- Experience setting grades and forms preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- $28–$35 per hour based on experience and ability
- Overtime opportunities available
- Tools provided
Higher compensation is available for individuals who demonstrate leadership, can set grades and forms, manage projects, maintain quality standards, and take on a Lead Finisher/Crew Lead role.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
