Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Foreman to lead on-site activities for our commercial and industrial projects. Success in this position depends on your ability to organize daily tasks, provide strong leadership, and maintain a high standard of safety. You will be responsible for coordinating with management to ensure that every project meets its technical specifications and timeline requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints and technical specifications to guide project execution.

Help maintain project momentum by ensuring timely delivery of all necessary materials and machinery to the site.

Manage administrative duties, including the precise completion of logs, purchase orders, and time records.

Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot site issues and implement effective solutions.

Oversee team productivity and provide guidance or corrective measures when necessary.

Facilitate clear communication by actively listening and responding to team needs.

Ensure the safe operation of machinery through regular inspections and adherence to certification standards.

Maintain precise documentation regarding team attendance and labor hours.

Maximize project efficiency by strategically assigning tasks and managing break schedules.

Uphold high quality and safety standards to ensure full compliance across the site.

Support the Safety Manager by reporting incidents and participating in thorough investigations.

Ensure all tools and equipment remain in good working order to promote a safe environment.

Represent the company during site walkthroughs conducted by external inspectors.
