Overview
Homeclubs LLC is a fast-growing cloud kitchen operator in Boston running multiple virtual restaurant brands across major delivery platforms. We are hiring 2 Kitchen Production Line Workers to join our team. Prior kitchen or food production experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and process ingredients according to standard recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Follow production workflows to meet order volume demands
- Keep workstation clean and organized throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food production experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food handler's certification is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation:
- $15.00/hr during first month (training period)
- $16.00/hr after first month
- Performance-based bonus for meeting production standards
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
