We are looking for a licensed Hair Stylist or Barber to join our vibrant full-service salon in Bedford, TX. This is a great opportunity for a motivated beauty professional who is passionate about their craft, has an existing clientele, and is looking for long-term growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair, barbering, and beauty services based on your license, experience, and skill set
- Perform services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, hair extensions, chemical treatments, perms, beard trims, shaves, and waxing, depending on your expertise
- Provide personalized consultations and educate clients on services, maintenance, and recommended products
- Maintain and grow a loyal client base
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with TDLR guidelines
- Support and mentor junior team members when appropriate
- Help promote the salon through social media, client engagement, and professional networking
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, professional, and team-focused salon culture
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber license
- Existing clientele preferred
- Experience in a full-service salon environment is a plus
- Strong technical skills in your area of specialty
- Professional, reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and professionally
- Flexible availability for part-time or full-time scheduling
- Interest in a long-term position with room for growth
- Leadership experience or interest in future leadership/management opportunities preferred
- Social media and technology skills are a plus
- Ability to be approachable, kind, confident, and accountable
Preferred Skills
- Hair cutting, coloring, styling, waxing, hair extensions, chemical treatments, and perms
- Barbering, beard grooming, and straight razor services
- Retail product sales and upselling
- Social media marketing and content creation
- Experience with salon management software such as Zenoti
- Training, mentoring, or team leadership experience
