Maximize the HVAC Sales team’s booking board to ensure install revenue goals are met by driving same-day sales leads, supporting TOO Technicians and Comfort Advisors, and keeping the schedule full.
- Coordinate daily communication between TOO Technicians and Comfort Advisors
- Book and maximize same-day HVAC sales leads
- Conduct technician and CA expectation calls
- Confirm appointments and prepare customers for Comfort Advisor visits
- Use ServiceTitan to manage lead assignments and scheduling
- Support outbound calling and follow-up on unconverted opportunities
- Daily activity in “Let’s Go” Teams chat
- 90% of Budgeted Jobs Goal for Sales Leads Ran
- Sales Leads Ran in less than 1 day
- 90% of Budgeted Conversion Count for Sales Leads Converted
Dispatch, customer service, scheduling, or sales experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, computer skills, Excel knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent required.
