Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Assist customers in selecting products that match their preferences and requirements
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills
- Manage cash registers, perform cash management duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
