Solar Sales Representative – Independent Contractor
REB is seeking motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our team.
This is an independent contractor sales opportunity for individuals who are comfortable generating their own leads, connecting with homeowners, and presenting residential solar solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop residential solar sales opportunities
- Connect with homeowners and identify their energy needs
- Present solar and battery solutions
- Conduct customer consultations and follow up with prospects
- Prepare and present solar proposals
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Solar sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with self-generated leads
- Able to work independently
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
Compensation
Independent Contractor – Commission-Based
- No base salary
- No hourly pay
- Compensation is based on successful sales
- Earnings vary based on individual sales performance
