We're seeking for a Food Server Manager, Cook and Food server.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to students and staff in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely and courteous service.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including portioning, plating, and setting up serving stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, serving utensils, and food service equipment.
- Monitor food temperatures and presentation to uphold quality standards.
- Support dietary accommodations by following specific dietary guidelines and restrictions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal times.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination or foodborne illnesses.
- Assist with cleanup duties after meal service, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service roles, preferably within a school, restaurant, banquet, catering, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Experience with serving in fine dining or banquet environments is advantageous.
- Basic food preparation skills; experience in catering or as a dietary aide is a plus.
- Familiarity with food industry best practices related to hygiene and safety.
- Previous restaurant or barista experience is beneficial but not required.
- Must be willing to undergo fingerprint background check.
