Position Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Management Trainee to join our Wilmington team. This role begins with hands-on retail sales and customer service, with the opportunity to grow into leadership through a structured training program.
Management Training Program
This position includes a structured development track focused on leadership skills, team support, and performance management, with advancement opportunities based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting wireless products and service plans
- Provide a positive in-store customer experience
- Promote AT&T products and services
- Process sales transactions and meet performance goals
- Stay current on promotions, devices, and plans
- Support store operations and team objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable in a sales environment
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)
- Must be 18+
