Since our founding in 2014 our family company, located in Columbus, has continued to grow our product line from dry-cured salami to fresh sausage, bacon and specialty cured whole muscle meats. We source humanely raised meat from nearby farms, and use ingredients from Ohio makers including craft beer, cheese, wine, herbs and spices. Today we sell our products across Ohio and the US.
