What You’ll Do:
- Set and hit sales volume and gross profit targets with your team
- Lead training, marketing, and advertising efforts that energize sales
- Work hands-on with sales staff and customers to make deals happen with transparency
- Create and maintain an energized, positive, and productive work culture
- Build and nurture strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
