Job Overview
This position works with the Content Director to develop Rider and Snow Goer’s voice through content that engages and informs their target audiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling stories, oversee multimedia content, and engage audiences across various platforms.
Duties
- Develop and execute editorial strategies tailored to power consumer audiences, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives
- Write, proofread, edit, and rewrite articles to be featured on multiple platforms using Content Management System (CMS)
- Lead the creation of engaging articles, videos, and social media posts that highlight industry trends, innovations, and consumer insights
- Review content, appearance, and layout of featured articles
- Collaborate on photography, design, and artwork to be used in the publication
- Participate in podcast, webinar and conference programming
- Actively raise the profile of the publication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or communications
- 3+ years of related experience in publishing, online content curation or content marketing
- Experience riding either snowmobiles or motorcycles (both preferred)

- Display understanding of how to build target audiences
- Competency in multi-platform content creation
- Possess self-directed planning and organizational skills
- Comfortable under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working in collaborative teams
- Ability to work in a cloud-based environment using latest tools
- Prior experience in B2C communications in the snowmobiling or motorcycling industries
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
