Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical staff, and families, to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on intervention strategies, data collection methods, and best practices
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
- Participate in intake processes to evaluate new clients’ needs and develop initial care plans aligned with diagnostic evaluations
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from a recognized certifying organization
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education practices
- Excellent skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and participate in intake procedures effectively
- Compassionate approach to patient care with excellent communication skills for working with families and team members

Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per hour
