Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Proficient in using POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations in the hospitality industry
