Position Summary
Small privately owned business, great location, friendly international office seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in production or manufacturing to support daily accounting operations and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of solid bookkeeping experience and knowledge of inventory accounting.
You need to be easy to work with, willing to take direction as needed, and have a 5th gear. This means when it's crunch time, you can rise to the occasion. Must be able to pass background check, and MUST BE BONDABLE
Education Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper designation preferred
Accounting Skills:
- General bookkeeping, all facets
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Financial statement preparation
- Tax and sales tax reporting
Production Specific Knowledge:
- Inventory management
- Raw materials tracking
- Work-in-progress (WIP) accounting
- Finished goods accounting
- Cost accounting
- Bill of materials (BOM)
- Production costing
- Purchase order tracking
Software Requirements:
- QuickBooks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience Requirements:
- 4 years plus bookkeeping experience
- Production or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Experience with inventory accounting

Job Responsibilities
- Record production costs
- Track inventory movement
- Reconcile supplier invoices
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Monitor labor and overhead costs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
