• Proven work experience as a Drilling Engineer
• Technical excellence in all aspects of drilling and completion and well control operations in, Horizontal wells.
• Significant and recent exposure to critical horizontal and vertical drilling operations
• Strong leadership in safety and environmental awareness.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment.
• Valid IADC Well Control, Drilling Supervisor level in surface stack operations
