Order Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time role) — Farida Floral
Farida Floral is a flower shop dedicated to delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience with every customer interaction. We're looking for a sharp, creative, and detail-oriented associate to join our team and fulfil orders from start to finish.
NOTE: This is not a boutique designer role - it is a customer-facing role.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $20 - $25/hr based on experience
What You'll Do
Customer Experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers across every touchpoint — phone orders, emails, order status inquiries, and in-person pickups
- Deliver luxury-level service, not just good service — every interaction is an opportunity to build a genuine, professional relationship with our customers
- Comfortably and confidently engage with people throughout the day, whether by phone or in person
Order & Operations Management
- Accurately track and manage orders through Shopify
- Coordinate with our designer to ensure order details are clearly communicated for bouquet building
- Print and attach order notes/cards to ensure they go out correctly with each arrangement
- Prepare and send out orders for delivery - this includes communicating with drivers and assigning orders to drivers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop space throughout the day
- Flower design, design certain types of bouquets
What You'll Need
- Customer service experience preferred
- No floral experience necessary — we'll train you on our process, including Shopify
- Comfortable with everyday technology
- Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people
- A high level of organization and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
