This is a commission-based opportunity.
Depending on your client volume, treatments performed, scheduling, and applicable commission rates, potential earnings may range from approximately:
$1,000–$2,500+ per week
Your earning potential can grow as you bring in additional clients and increase your treatment volume.
This range is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Actual compensation is based on services performed and the applicable commission structure.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional client consultations
- Perform laser and aesthetic treatments within your training, certification, and authorized scope
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on client needs
- Educate clients regarding treatments, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance
- Follow all required treatment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate client and treatment documentation
- Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Develop and retain additional clientele
- Deliver a professional and exceptional client experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Appropriate Arizona laser technician credentials/certifications for services performed
- Professional laser treatment experience
- Strong understanding of laser safety and treatment protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and motivated
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Strongly Preferred:
- Existing clientele/book of business
- Experience in a medical spa or aesthetics environment
- Experience performing multiple types of laser and aesthetic treatments
- Strong client retention history
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing your clientele
