Overview
We are seeking an experienced encapsulation team leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform crawlspace inspections, repairs, and preventative treatments to address moisture, pests, and structural damage within residential crawlspaces..
- Responsible for the installation of all crawlspace services to include vapor barriers, encapsulations, dehumidifiers, interior sump pumps, french trains, and insulation.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during the process.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead and collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in crawlspace encapsulation or a related field is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all aspects of work is essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
