Role & Responsibilities
- Operating Dish Machinery: Run the commercial dish machine safely and efficiently, monitoring wash temperatures and sanitation levels.
- Sanitization: Hand-wash delicate cookware, glassware, and heavy-duty pots/pans that do not go through the machine.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Keep the dish area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Stocking: Ensure all clean dishware, utensils, and flatware are quickly restocked to service stations and the line.
- Waste Management: Empty and maintain kitchen trash and recycling receptacles.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and bend or reach.
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous commercial kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
