Dispensary Store Manager
We are a rapidly growing business specializing in the sale of premium recreational cannabis and related products.
Our store operates from 9 AM to 8:45 PM, seven days a week.
As a Store Manager, you will play a vital role in our success. Candidates must be in good standing with the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and comply with all relevant state and local regulations. Our managers receive extensive training to ensure they can effectively coach, develop, and motivate their teams, as well as prioritize tasks to achieve business goals. Experience in cannabis is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Managers are responsible for all phases of store operations, including but not limited to:
- Upholding Colorado marijuana laws and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring the store is organized, well-stocked, and clean at all times.
- Leading by example, setting a positive tone, and cultivating a loyal customer base.
- Developing, training, and empowering your associates to create a productive and motivated team.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ensuring effective follow-up on tasks and store objectives.
- Exercising sound judgment and decision-making in all aspects of store operations.
Requirements:
- Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado MED Employee Badge.
- Ability to commute to work as scheduled.
- Prior experience in management and/or retail management.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
