We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to support our logistics, warehouse management, trucking, and air freight operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide shipment status updates and resolve delivery inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, trucking, and air freight teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, shipment requests, and transportation documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate delays or exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records in transportation and warehouse management systems.
- Support account management and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or freight operations is a plus.
