- Prepare food and beverage according to the recipe provided
- Fully comply with all food safety requirements, as outlined in Food Safety Training
- Responsible for keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and/or supplies as needed
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
- Oversee the food and beverage (breakfast department/catering) of the hotel including food quality and production, and banquet/catering service.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• High School diploma or GED • State applicable health compliance card
- Basic mathematical skills and an ability to handle money and give correct change
