Collaborative therapy environment across two Roseburg locations
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living
Educate residents on adaptive equipment and techniques to maximize independence
Facilitate therapeutic activities that improve function and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Current Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain Oregon licensure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
