Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club is a private, upscale, family oriented Country Club located at 3737 Village Club Drive, Powell, Ohio 43065. Our club is well managed and is in immaculate condition. Our team consists of highly entergetic, and positive people who take pride in their work, and are highly respected by mambers, colleagues, and Kinsale Management.
We are hiring multiple team members to work different shifts based on their availability to meets the needs of the club. The club opens at 5am and closes at 10pm. Typical shifts include 5am-12pm; 12pm-5pm, and 5pm-10pm.
Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Steward, Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Inside Clubhouse, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall ambiance of our clubhouse by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Your dedication will help create a positive experience for our members who walks through our doors, fostering a sense of pride and community.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of indoor clubhouse areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist with light grounds maintenance tasks such as trash removal, sweeping outdoor walkways, and powerwashing multiple areas throughout.
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting of supplies or equipment, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health and safety standards, including proper disposal of waste and sanitization of tools and surfaces.
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of sanitation protocols necessary for maintaining hygienic indoor spaces.
- Ability to perform duties efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of safety management principles and adherence to safety standards during all stages of the operation.
- Experience operating scrubbers, powerwashers safely and effectively.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing or walking.
