Who we are:
K&H Truckweld is new to Texas but not new to building quality dump bodies for our growing customer base. We are a sister company of Pioneer Truckweld with a proud 60+ year history in the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to bring the same superior quality and legacy of customer service to a new audience in the Southwest.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Abrade surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish.
- Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
- Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.
- Clean grease, rust, and dirt from product; wash surfaces prior to painting; sandblast parts to prepare for painting; apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions - both written and verbal
- Must be able to keep records of work performed
- Must be punctual and ready to work at start of shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Offered compensation: $18/hr - $23/hr
