This position is for experienced roofing sales reps looking for a new opportunity! StormBusters is a family owned company providing detail oriented service to all of DFW and surrounding areas. I'm Ben, the owner, and I'm looking to expand!
- Your job will be lead gen, sales, and managing your jobs (depending on chose pay scale).
- Depending on experience and responsibilities, pay ranges from 30-50% profit of each job (NO OVERHEAD taken out).
- OPEN BOOK. You will always see material invoices, crew invoices, and any other expenses so you will know you're being paid fairly.
- You will need your own transportation and leads will not be regularly provided so your primary job will be lead gen (although depending on performance leads will be available in the future).
- Everything else is taken care of including ordering, crew scheduling, insurance COIs, supplements, etc.
