- Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across U.S. operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onsite interviews.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment testing, and hiring documentation.
- Maintain candidate communications to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage ATS records and recruiting documentation.
- Develop candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
- Build relationships with technical schools, workforce development organizations, and industry groups.
- Promote Source Energy Services as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
- Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed before start dates.
- Support employee onboarding and integration efforts.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and resources.
- Support site HR initiatives and projects.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Maintain recruiting reports and dashboards.
- Support HR reporting and workforce planning initiatives.
- 2-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically to recruiting events and operating locations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, transportation, construction, mining, energy, or similar operational environments.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
