Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Manager to help lead our team and oversee daily operations on nights and weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining smooth store functions. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and experienced in retail management with a passion for delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate would be willing to work overnights and weekends, with a schedule similar to 4PM until 4am, Thursday through Sunday, with 3 days off per week.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities, including sales, inventory control, and customer interactions.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on customer service.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in training & development and supervising staff.
