Overview
The Landscape Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for overseeing the appearance, health, and safety of all outdoor grounds for multiple army bases in Southern California. This role includes planning and executing routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure a professional and consistent look. The position also involves managing crew members, maintaining equipment, tracking supplies, and collaborating with site leadership to align landscape plans with brand and operational needs.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A CURRENT C-27 LICENSE
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and have a clean driving record.
- Strong skills in landscape maintenance and landscape management, with experience planning and executing routine grounds care.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment safely (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers) and follow safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan schedules and manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Prior experience in commercial or multi-site landscaping is preferred; supervisory or crew lead experience is mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the role.
Pay: $102,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
