We are a growing residential exterior remodeling company seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to lead our back-office financial operations. This is a hands-on role for a strong QuickBooks professional with experience in job costing, construction accounting, and payroll processing
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing the financial functions of a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks
- Oversee job costing and project profitability tracking
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial reports
- Process payroll and sales commissions
- Manage company insurance policies, audits, renewals, and certificates
- Provide accurate financial reporting and support ownership with operational insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting and administrative management experience
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency required
- Strong background in cost accounting and job costing
- Experience with payroll, commissions, A/P, A/R, and insurance administration
- Construction or remodeling industry experience strongly preferred
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$85,000 salary based on experience
