About the Role
Laurus College is seeking a motivated Admissions Representative with strong consultative sales skills to help prospective students explore educational opportunities and confidently navigate the enrollment process.This role combines relationship-building, inside sales, and student advising. Successful candidates enjoy connecting with people, asking thoughtful questions, following up consistently, and helping prospective students make informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their goals and provide accurate information about Laurus College programs.
- Conduct admissions interviews and assist students through the enrollment process, including application completion, financial aid coordination, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with departments such as Financial Aid, Student Services, and Compliance to support a seamless student experience.
- Participate in outreach efforts, including social media engagement, community events, and digital content creation using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms.
- Uphold ethical standards in all student interactions, including transparent communication and responsible guidance.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience a must (admissions experience preferred) AND 4 year degree, OR
- 5 years inside sales or admissions experience
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Empathetic to the concerns of students; exceptional listening skills
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and student-centered service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology platforms for communication, scheduling, and data entry.
- A commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning.
- Experience in customer service, education, or admissions is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with veterans’ services, financial aid, or career advising is a plus.
