The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of Corporate, Individual, and Partnership tax returns
- Preparation of compiled, reviewed, and audited Financial Statements and supporting work papers for various size corporations
- Assist clients with accounting services including general ledger account maintenance and bank reconciliations on a variety of accounting software
- Research complex tax issues
- Respond to inquiries from tax authorities
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school, a CPA license or be working toward the CPA designation. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience. At least one year of public accounting experience is preferable.
