Requirements:

Significant experience in a General management role in the restaurant industry

You have lead restaurants with columns above 8 Million in revenues
- Extensive knowledge of wine and cocktails, Hi end seafood-steakhouse experience prefered
- Experience with high-end dining, with check averages of $100-200 per person
