Primary Responsibilities: Inspect, identify, & correct any electrical deficiencies or unfinished work in a construction or installation project.
Specific Duties & Tasks:

Review project punch lists and ensure all electrical tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Inspect installed electrical systems for compliance with blueprints, job specifications, NEC code, and safety standards.

Identify and repair deficiencies such as missing covers, incomplete terminations, faulty connections, or improperly installed fixtures/devices.

Perform minor adjustments or corrections to ensure full functionality of outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, and other components.

Collaborate with electricians, contractors, and site supervisors to resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure all work is performed to company standards.

Document completed tasks and communicate job status to supervisors or project leads.

Prepare job sites for final inspections and assist in walk-throughs if needed.

Operate hand tools, testing devices, and company equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications:

Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Strong ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics accurately.

2+ years of experience in electrical installation or construction punch-out work (preferred).

Familiarity with using power tools safely and effectively in various applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Be at least 18 years of age.

Eligible to legally work in the United States.

Always obtain a valid driver’s license for at least 15 months, and able to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
