As a Field Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing field operations during winter weather events and ensuring that all sites are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards. Oversee field operations across multiple commercial job sites during and between winter weather events

Patrol assigned routes during storms to monitor service quality, manage crews, and ensure all work is completed according to scope

Dispatch and coordinate crews before and during events, maintaining clear communication throughout each shift

Conduct pre- and post-storm site checks, including equipment fueling and readiness inspections

Recruit and onboard team members to fill open positions within your territory

Track and report daily work activity, ensuring staff engagement and productivity throughout the season

Verify crew hours and ensure accurate, timely reporting

Perform pre- and post-season site inspections, including staking and documentation

Maintain consistent communication with internal operations and provide regular updates on site status, crew performance, and any issues requiring escalation

Log all service details using the companys field app

Remain reachable by company-provided cell phone during required times

Direct experience in commercial snow and ice operations, or a related field such as landscaping or construction with hands-on snow operations experience

Proven ability to manage crews and dispatch operations during winter events

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and plow trucks

Experience with operational planning for storm events

Ability to read and execute site-specific scopes of work

Excellent communication skills with both crew members and clients

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF; experience with field apps is a plus

Valid driver's license

Ability to reliably commute to Fort Washington, PA (relocation required prior to start if applicable)

Salary: $55,000 $70,000 based on experience. Performance bonuses available.
