Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as the main support staff person in the Executive Office. Candidates may also be asked to perform other assignments and/or administrative functions

Target Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Target Duration/End Date: March 2027
Description of Roles and Responsibilities:
· Employee Relations Administrative Support (Estimated % of Time: 45%) - Schedule meetings; maintain confidential employee relations files; prepare correspondence and reports; organize case documentation; respond to routine inquiries; provide administrative support for day-to-day Employee Relations activities
· Talent Acquisition & Engagement Administrative Support (Estimated % of Time: 25%) - Assist with recruitment administration; monitor recruitment activities; maintain employment and recruitment records; respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and hiring departments; prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
· Human Resources Inbox & Customer Service (Estimated % of Time: 10%) - Monitor shared Human Resources email inboxes; route inquiries to the appropriate staff member; respond to routine requests; maintain tracking logs and provide general customer service support
· Implementation Support (Estimated % of Time: 10%) - Assist with data validation, process documentation, training coordination, testing support, and other Human Resources projects related to the implementation of Workday
· Reports, Special Projects & General Administrative Support (Estimated % of Time: 10%) - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents; assist with special projects; provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Office as assigned
Mandatory/Minimum Qualification, Skills, Experience Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. And at least two years of relevant experience
Qualification, Skills, Experience Requirements:
· Must have good time management skills
· Detail-oriented, organized
· Typing 55 wpm
· Multi-tasker
· Able to catch errors/inconsistent/ incomplete work, proofread work
· Computer literacy
· Ability to learn new computer programs quickly with appropriate assistance and support
· Able to manage a large volume of electronic files without commingling files
· Ability to maintain confidentiality in highly sensitive work
· Must be able to work quickly and accurately
· Ability to work independently and ask for direction when necessary
· Ability to initiate and complete work assignments, accurately track assignments/report on status of workload and show accountability for workload
· Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues
· Able to follow office policy and procedure
· Able to rename PDF files, drag and drop files in folders, copy and paste files into folders, create folders, edit template emails, double checks work, ask questions when clarification is needed
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
