Overview:
Liberty Jet is seeking a senior-level maintenance compliance professional to lead compliance and quality assurance functions within our Part 135 operation.
This role reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for ensuring a structured, audit-ready compliance environment across a managed fleet of business aircraft. The position is hands-on and operationally focused, working closely with maintenance leadership, vendors, and FAA representatives.
About the Operation:

15–20 aircraft under management.

Mixed fleet of midsize and large-cabin business jets.

Combination of Part 135 charter and owner-operated aircraft.

Established, stable operation with a strong compliance foundation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain CASS/CASP programs.

Manage MEL development, revisions, and FAA coordination.

Support and coordinate FAA surveillance and external audits.

Oversee maintenance compliance activities, including:

Maintenance tracking system accuracy and oversight.

CMP and inspection program compliance.
-
Maintenance record reviews and conformity checks.
-
Vendor and Part 145 repair station audits.

Oversight of contract maintenance.

Drive consistency, documentation quality, and audit readiness across the maintenance organization.
Qualifications:

Strong experience in Part 135 maintenance compliance, QA, or inspection.

Working knowledge of FAA regulatory oversight and surveillance processes.

Background in Chief Inspector, QA Manager, or senior compliance role preferred.

Ability to work effectively within a maintenance organization and alongside a Director of Maintenance.

Detail-oriented with strong judgment and accountability.

Prior FAA ASI experience.
