Picasso Design & Build is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling, commercial construction, and restoration projects throughout the Austin area.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid understanding of construction operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract execution through final completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal staff.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Communicate with clients throughout each phase of construction.
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and permit requirements.
- Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Experience in residential remodeling is required.
- Experience in New Build construction
- Commercial construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, and finish construction.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage City Construction code and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.

Pay: $72,960.62 - $120,000.00 per year
