Sales Inspector (In-Home Sales) – $100K–$200K+ | Warm Leads Provided

Location: On the road (in-home appointments)

What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face on warm leads (appointments scheduled for you)
- Perform detailed home inspections (foundation, crawl space, water intrusion)
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions that genuinely help the customer
- Build trust and close high-value contracts
- Handle paperwork and coordinate project scheduling
Compensation Structure
- Paid training to set you up for success
- Transition to draw vs. commission
- Move into uncapped commission (100%)
- Realistic earnings: $100K–$200K+ annually
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (REQUIRED) – solar, roofing, or in-home sales preferred
- Construction or waterproofing experience is a plus (but we will train the right closer)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with basic technology
- High integrity, self-motivated, and team-driven

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, basements)
- Comfortable being on your feet and in the field daily
