Job Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Regional Managing Broker to lead real estate operations across the Florida Panhandle for Coastal Communities Realty. This remote leadership role is built for a motivated broker who wants to guide and support a growing team of agents, ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Florida real estate law, and help expand our presence throughout the region. You'll provide broker support and contract guidance to our agents, recruit experienced REALTORS® who fit our culture, and continue building your own real estate business at the same time. This performance-based opportunity offers real earning potential as you help shape Coastal's growth across the Panhandle.
Duties
- Provide broker support, contract guidance, and compliance assistance to Coastal's growing team of Florida Panhandle agents
- Meet weekly with the owner to align on strategy and growth goals
- Recruit experienced, licensed real estate agents who align with Coastal's culture and values
- Help expand Coastal Communities Realty's presence throughout the Florida Panhandle
- Ensure agents adhere to Fair Housing regulations, ethical standards, and Florida real estate law
- Continue building and closing your own residential real estate transactions
- Represent Coastal Communities Realty and the communities we serve at a high level
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license (managing broker experience preferred)
- Currently producing real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate contracts and brokerage operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting or mentoring real estate agents is a plus
- Self-motivated with a solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations and industry compliance
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person time at our Destin, FL office

Pay: $84,360.94 - $93,421.92 per year
