IRG Millwork is a midsize architectural millwork manufacturer for the greater Boston region. Based out of Hopkinton, NH, IRG’s manufacturing facility is a 40,000 sqft climate-controlled facility with state-of-the-art woodworking machinery. Clients include major universities, corporations, non-profits, medical facilities, and hotels.
Summary of Position:
IRG Millwork is seeking experienced solid surface fabricators to join our great team. All tools are company owned with no expectations to bring your own tools, we just require candidates have a great attitude, work ethic, and the ability to build high-end millwork and casework. IRG is seeking candidates with experience varying from CNC and milling operations, to casework assembly, or custom fabrication; we would like to hear from you if you have experience in any of these categories.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review shop drawings with lead man or Prod. Mgr.
- Collect and organize parts for preparation to assemble.
- Collect various hardware supplies for project. Alert purchasing of any discrepancies.
- Perform all prep work / sanding for items to be finished prior to assembly.
- Co-ordinate with finish shop all specifications and timing into and out of finish.
- Complete all assemblies per shop drawings. Including hardware install.
- Cut and assemble items not processed at CNC equipment. (specialty products)
- Package and label every item for shipment and locate in the appropriate areas.
- Participate in shop cleanliness as part of the project.
- Follow all safety directives.
- Must be able to work with others or alone on various projects.
- Ability to communicate efficiently.
Compensation:
$26.00 - $34.00 depending upon experience

A great work environment with a strong team. Our air-conditioned manufacturing facility climatizes the temperate at around 72 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter.
Full Time Position – all benefits listed above based upon full-time employment (30 hours+/week)
