Job Description:
Affinity Home Care Group is urgently seeking an experienced and compassionate Spanish-speaking Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide high-quality, in-home care. This role is ideal for someone reliable and dedicated who is ready to start immediately and make a meaningful impact in a client’s daily life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
- Follow individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
