Provenir Healthcare is partnering with a leading Florida-based healthcare organization to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Geriatric Physician for a growing outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, value-based primary care to a senior adult population in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has 3–5 years of experience caring for Medicare Advantage patients. Florida ACN (Area of Critical Need) licensed physicians are encouraged to apply, and ACN licensure is accepted for this position. Physicians who are passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and building lasting relationships with their patients will thrive in this rewarding role.

- Deliver comprehensive primary care for senior patients.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Complete annual wellness visits and preventive health assessments.
- Develop treatment plans and manage medications.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret laboratory and imaging results.
- Able to work with a Team who focuses on Value Based Care
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Florida MD, DO or ACN license
- Current, unrestricted DEA registration
- Board Certified - required
- 3-5 year outpatient / value based care experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
