As an Account Representative for Mitch Hollier State Farm Agency, you'll be a face of our agency- building relationships, educating clients, and helping them select coverage that fits their needs and budget. You'll play a key role in growing our book of business through lead generation, consultative sales, and exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- actively contribute to a positive, energetic office culture
- educate customers on coverage options, discounts, and protection plans
- develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- present and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products
- build and maintain relationships
- meet and exceed goals for production
- maintain strong follow-up and organizational skills through a CRM system
- participate in training and team coaching to improve skills and knowledge
