Active Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance.

Previous life insurance sales experience is a plus.

Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.

Present and explain life insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits to prospective clients.

Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals, family situations, and protection needs.

Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions based on each client's individual circumstances.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty.

Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and policy renewals.

Meet or exceed monthly production, premium, and sales goals established by the agency.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions, applications, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Ensure all applications, documentation, and policy information are completed accurately and in compliance with state and company regulations.

Stay current on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, industry trends, and licensing requirements.

Collaborate with customer service teams, managers, and other producers to provide an exceptional client experience.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, coaching programs, and professional development initiatives.

Maintain high ethical standards and always act in the best interest of clients and the agency.

Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional insurance products when appropriate.
